Content Modification – if you purchase a training content program
NwETA can change it for you for $25/screen, or
you use our BuilderJr editing tool: $1500 (Mac only at present).
Our license includes your agreement that NwETA can receive the current count of the cTRAIN “usage counter” embedded in every content program (no other information will be transmitted) when your computer is connected to the internet.

How do you try out a training content program?
> You can download a demo program, but not the content
What if you have no internet connection?
> Answer: we will mail a demo for $5.
What if you pay for a training title and don’t like it?
> Answer: Request a refund (available for 10 days after purchase).
What if the program doesn’t work on your computer?
> We will help for $90/hour, but first verify you meet the system requirements.
Or return for refund (in 5 days after purchase).
How do you price titles?
> Answer: Content cost is based on two components:
- number of screens in the training
- number of students (in a year)
What if our company has 15000 employees but we only need to train 5 of them?
> Answer: The number of trainees is between 1-9, so purchase the minimum license.
What if we decide to train more employees after we purchase it?
> Answer: Pay us the difference between the initial purchase and the amount for the larger number of employees. Thank you for being honest.
What if we pay the license fee for 1-9 employees and we hire one more employees?
> Answer: Forget it, but pay the increase if you hire 4 more employees.
